This housing has been developed after carefully weighing the conflicting requirements that lifebuoys be easily accessible, and yet not an open invitation to misuse or vandalism. At the same time, consideration has been given to presenting a pleasing appearance and quality finish so that the lifebuoy housing may be used in public places without detracting from the decor.

The resultant design is a lifebuoy housing that can be used wherever lifebuoys need to be permanently sited, whether in a commercial or leisure environment.

The housing is manufactured from polyethylene to give superior corrosion and UV resistance, and is available in two sizes to accommodate lifebuoys of either 30 inch or 24 inch (nominal) external diameter.

The Housing can be mounted on:
 - a single pole: made from either Galvanised Steel or Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), and supplied either with a baseplate (for bolting down) or as a long pole (for embedding)
 - railings: we can supply appropriate stainless steel clamps
 - a wall: using the installer's own appropriate bolts or other fixings.

Integrated Housing

This is the latest addition to our options in lifebuoy housings, designed in consultation with the RNLI, and artistically styled to enhance any waterside or marina environment. The easy-access door enables fast deployment of the lifebuoy and throwing line, and is both highly visible and yet unobtrusive.

It is manufactured from polyethylene to give superior corrosion and UV resistance, and the highly durable moulded lifebuoy graphics enhance the attractive appearance. It is available in two sizes, to accommodate either a 30 inch or 22/24 inch lifebuoy.

Twin legs give a quality ambience to the housing and offer the option of neatly locating specific signage eg your logo, a safety message, sponsorship or advertising. We can supply the sign manufactured to your requirements, or as a blank, or we can provide just the clamps for securing your own sign.

 - twin poles: made from Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), and supplied either with a baseplate (for bolting down) or as a long pole (for embedding)
 - railings: we can supply appropraite stainless steel clamps

Marina Safety Station

Ideal for use on marina pontoons. Includes storage for equipment such as a portable fire extinguisher, 24 inch lifebuoy and throwing line, First Aid kit etc.
