Rescue Boats - Overview

The current range of DSB inflatable and semi-rigid inflatable rescue boats stretches from the RTB 1 Small Rescue Boat to the Semi-rigid Approved Rescue Boat. All the DSB boats are manufactured from a hypalon/neoprene coated polyester material.

Small Rescue Boat

The DSB Small Rescue Boats, RTB 1 (SEB) are safe, strong and easy to handle. Operational in approximately 30 seconds, they can carry a payload of 700kg. Designed for use by ALL Emergency Services, these boats are ideal as small, reliable and strong Fire Rescue Boats.

Originally designed for the Military, the DSB General Purpose Inflatable Workboat is robust, durable and versatile. These qualities, coupled with a design that seeks to provide a safe boat even in the most adverse conditions, means that they are supremely suitable as a safety boat, water rescue boat, diving boat and workboat.

With approvals to SOLAS and EC standards, these DSB fast Rescue Boats are robust, durable, reliable and versatile.  These qualities coupled with a design that seeks to provide a safe boat even in the most adverse conditions makes these boats supremely suitable as a Safety Boat and Rescue Boat.

Semi-Rigid Approved Workboat

These fast DSB Semi Rigid Rescue Boats are an innovative development of an existing design combining an aluminium hull with an inflatable upper section, offering improved performance with extra strength and reduced maintenance. With sizes to carry between 7-13 persons, these boats can also be used as a reliable workboat.
